Many things happen all the time everywhere. But they cannot be referred to as organisation. From a communication perspective, there are certain pre-definitions of organisation that is constituted through communication. I argue that organisation can be used as both verb and noun: As noun, an Organisation is people (agency) proliferating acts of togetherness consistently and iteratively (not necessarily uniformly) through communication, in an acceptable manner (the people define this) to them. There are defined parameters of organisation. As verb, it to refers to the processes or the actions that warrant being called organisation, and as a noun, it has been used to refer to an entity.
